Abstract
The goal of this study was to understand the career settlement process of North Korean refugees, specifically young adult males, as they undergo counseling in local Hana centers. (d) various counseling interventions specific to clients¡¯ psychology, daily life, career, and out-reach by refugee counselors (e) Through interaction with the interventions, they got to their realistic understanding, psychological stability, and fit-for purpose career behaviors, (f) consequences of career decision and career settlement.
